Do you only sell by the case?
Yes we are a wholesale only company and we do not break cases. Each case or pack must be ordered in that quantity.
Do you put our logo on items?
No. We do not do name drops on our items. However in the case of special custom orders we can order the item with your logo but the minimums are very high. In some cases 1000 pieces of an individual item and other items can be as high as 3000 pieces. You can contact our sales dept. for details.
How long will it take our order to ship?
In most cases orders are shipped within 72 hours however it may take as long as a week during busy times.
Do you backorder items?
No. If the item is not in stock it will be removed from the order and will need to be ordered when it comes back in stock.
Do you stock large quantities for continuity programs?
Yes. We stock thousands of each item however sometimes we run out of items. For continuity and Earn and Get programs its best to book early while we have the stock. We will warehouse it and ship so you have it on the date you need it.
Can we get an open account?
Yes upon credit approval you can order using a purchase order.
Do you take Credit Cards?
Yes we accept all major credit cards
Are your items made by Native Americans?
No. This is an imported line done with Native American themes only.
I received my order and there was a damaged item.
Although we try our best, from time to time there may be an item damaged in shipping or defective. Contact our sales dept. and we will see that it is replaced or refunded.
Do you guarantee your merchandise sales?
Yes we guarantee the sell through of every item of the first case of each item you order. So feel assured if you want to try something new.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Your order must be $750 or more. In the case of regular customers from time to time we will try to accommodate you for smaller add on orders under the minimum as well. Just email or give us a call.
